By purchasing a puppy from WeeBitty Chihuahua's means you have read and agree with this contract. Before any warranty or guarantee is made effective, the buyer must take puppy to their licensed veterinarian within 24 hours of receiving puppy. Buyer agrees that this contract is a legal binding contract. Buyer must not resale or give away any pet purchased from above mentioned breeder. Buyer agrees they will never place puppy/puppies in any humane society, pet rescue, pet store or any similar type environment. If for any reason buyer can no longer care for the pet/pets, breeder is to be contacted immediately. Buyer agrees they will love and care for puppy or adult to the fullest of their ability, feed and see to any and all medical care as such as expected of any devoted/responsible pet owner. If at any time this is no longer possible buyer agrees to contact breeder immediately to turn over all rights to the breeder. Breeder agrees to help place pet in another home and care for pet until another home is found. If buyer decides to place the pet in another home for any reason, breeder is to be notified and given new owners information for breeding records. No puppy mills, pet brokers, resale for profit, backyard breeders, rescues, pet stores or humane societies is to be given or sold a WeeBitty Chihuahua at any time for any service. Buyer agrees not to abuse or place pet in any abusive or illegal activity, if such takes place, and breeder is made aware of any such abuse or illegal activity the breeder will take possession of pet immediately and buyer will not be compensated. Breeder will not be held responsible for any medical expenses, airfare, health care, boarding fees, etc...once pet leaves the breeders home. Breeder gives a one year health guarantee against any and all hereditary diseases. If hereditary disease is found, breeder is to be contacted immediately. Breeder does not guarantee color, breeding reproduction/abilities, hernia's, bites, size or ability to show. Breeder can place limitation to registration as she deems necessary. Deposits are non-refundable. There is no cash refunds, in the event of a puppy replacement. A replacement will be given of same sex and value. In short, WeeBitty breeds and sells pet quality Chihuahua's only, even though we do have show quality Chihuahua adults/puppies. We want our buyers to be certain of the puppy before they purchase. We don't want our puppy's placed in any pet store, humane society type environment. We want a good loving home for our puppies for their entire life. To feel assured that our puppy's get the up-most loving care we've made this contract. Hoping any scam artist will be turned away from inquiring about our puppy's. Sadly, breeders get scammed by puppy mills, puppy brokers, etc...as much as buyers do. Once you have placed a deposit or purchased a puppy from WeeBitty Chihuahua's this puppy is yours, your responsibility. Full responsibility is yours once you receive this puppy, until that time the puppy is my responsibility. This contract is our guarantee that we both hold up to our responsibilities.
